Do you use hormones or antibiotics in your chicken?
The chicken we serve does not contain added hormones. Federal regulations prohibit the use of added hormones in poultry in the US and Canada.
We are currently looking into using chicken raised without antibiotics which we plan to implement in the future.
Is your chicken free-range?
Jollibee does not use free-range chicken; however, all chickens used are raised according to the highest standards of quality and safety from USDA-approved facilities.
Do you serve halal or kosher chicken?
Jollibee does not guarantee any of its products to be halal or kosher due to variation in food suppliers and ingredient sources, use of shared kitchen equipment and various requirements for halal certification.
